Gender neutrality is having a major moment in fashion right now, and designer Hillary Taymour believes her Collina Strada Autumn/Winter 2016 collection is a new bold statement encompassing all people, without a specific audience in mind. Casting male, female and transgender models, the young designer creates all her clothes with no specific audience or buyer in mind. The Williamsburg-based creator crafted a collection that she would want to wear, with the comfort and relaxed appeal of her own closet.

Her leisurewear jeans, sweatshirts, leathers and cottons have a versatile appeal with contemporary textures and colors. The thoughtful presentation reminds one of artist parties in Brooklyn with artsy wear that can go throughout the day and into night, with choices of metal looking leathers, takes on traditional jackets and a twist on sizing and fabric.
