We’ve been hearing quite a bit about Kanye West and his new album, So Help Me God, but so far the actual sounds have been lacking. Sure, he smacked around the Brit Awards with the debut of “All Day” and a bunch of flamethrowers, but the studio version was weak as hell. And after hearing the leaked ode to Kim Kardashian “Awesome,” our hopes for the record are deep in the dirt.
Granted, this nonsense may not be on SHMG. Its leak follows the alleged theft of Kanye’s laptop, and the lyrics are more cringeworthy than anything South Park writers could’ve come up with.
Kanye Raps His Whole New Record For Seth Rogen
Listen below as a Kanye, drowning in auto-tune, croons lines like “Baby, you’re awesome / You don’t need to listen to your manager / You’re way too hot for them to handle you”. But, of course, he’s careful to remind her that “I’m awesome too”. The song was first debuted in 2013 and a low-quality recording has been on YouTube for a few months, but this is the first time the finished studio version is making the rounds.
The alleged laptop thief is teasing more leaks. Time will tell…
