Making Halloween plans can be as scary as random clown sightings. You and your friends might have the Stranger Things cast costumes on fleek, but you’re being pulled in multiple directions or worse have no plans at all. Boo-hoo. Turn that Jared Leto Joker frown upside down with a couple of Southern California Halloween parties that will force you out of the padded cell you call a house. For those that like to dance their faces off, there’s Minimal Effort, leaders of the Los Angeles underground rave scene who will be overtaking LA Center Studios (with a 3K capacity) on Saturday, Oct. 29 for an EMD extravaganza featuring Pete Tong, TIGA (Live), Kidnap Kid and Mark Farina. If you prefer to get more dirty than dark, Avalon Strange Weekend, will be the place to be to see lots of slutty ______ . Lil Jon will be popping bottles as part one of the two-night Halloween weekend festivities along with BRKLYN on Friday, Oct 28 at Avalon in Hollywood.
