As of yesterday, a $250 Christmas tree is no longer available on Walmart’s website.
The reason for it’s removal? You guessed it – the tree was made up of fake marijuana leaves, and Walmart doesn’t have enough hair on their nut sacks to stand up to the three or four people who were offended by it.
According to The Kansas City Star, the tree is still being sold and shipped by Brands on Sale, Inc. and can be found on websites that aren’t run by giant pussies like Costumeish, eBay and Jabetc. You’ll have to put on your own ornaments and bows, but hey, it’s the perfect way to put the Christmas spirit into your pot-loving loved ones’ lives.

The former ad on Walmart’s page was actually pretty funny.
“This Pot Leaf Christmas tree will ‘light up’ the room and put your mind in the right head-space for holiday cheer. You’ll be able to relax and giggle at the marijuana leaves and decorate it as you please. This alternative Christmas tree is perfect for personal top shelf life at home or as a medical dispensary decoration. Green Wishes and Happy Holidhaze!”
Of course, you’ll just have to remind whoever you gift this bad boy to that rolling up and smoking the leaves on this tree would not be beneficial. Actually, it would be quite toxic.
