Well that’s something you don’t see everyday. Well, I’m sure it’s something you see everyday in Florida, but this is Washington we are talking about people.
Authorities responded to a crash when they got word of a car accident near Washington Dulles International Airport. But what they ran into wasn’t very common as they discovered a naked man going nuts on Route 28. It all kicked off when the man got into a car accident and then proceeded to get naked and attack the other driver involved in the accident. The man then goes absolutely nuts. More so.

Here’s what Theo Garner, who saw everything go down from his office building, had to say:
“Out of the corner of my eye, I see a guy half naked guy cross eight lanes of traffic on 28. He then climbs up on the back of the dump truck that a pickup truck had slammed into the back of, disrobes and then proceeds to throw things on 28.
It’s not something you see every day,” says Garner, who says it reminded him of something out of a movie. I’ve been working there for 17 years and I’ve never seen any shenanigans like that man. That was absolutely insane. But I’ll tell you it did brighten up a boring workday.“

Police eventually took the dude into custody and he is now being medically evaluated. My guess? That dude found a batch of PCP.
