2017, ladies and gentlemen.
While one woman decided to get her entire face tattooed in honor of Event Horizon, and another person decided to tattoo their eyeball just because, one rapper thought it would be a brilliant idea to tattoo Anne Frank on his cheek.
Arnold Gutierrez, who goes by the names Xan Frank and ArnoldIsDead, has everyone buzzing after he went ahead and tattooed Anne Frank’s face on his own damn face. Frank became known worldwide after the holocaust took her life at the age of 15, and her diary filled with her experiences was shared with the world.

But why in the hell did this guy do this? Well here’s what he had to say about his choice of tattoo.
“There are people in history that didn’t have the power to control, to actually do things that they wanted to do with their lives. To be stuck in a house, and end up dying… dude I’m dying to make music. That’s the way I look at it. It’s very black and white.
She ended up getting caught and ended up being murdered and yo – I’ve been put at gunpoint and I’ve had a lot of serious s*** in my life before and like seeing that… you can’t get any worse than being killed off in your own country.
Seeing like Jewish people come in, in my own classroom and seeing them talk about the Holocaust, like survivors… that always stuck to me personally.”
I get that he wants to pay tribute to her, but, “he’s dying to make music”? Oh boy, this guy is clearly not very bright at all. Clearly. OK, let’s be honest: this guy is a complete idiot.
