Let’s all meet garbage human Alice McBrearty, a 23-year-old teacher from London who was busted having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student. It was discovered that McBrearty actually had sex with the teen at her parents’ home, inside a classroom, a hotel and even inside of a car. And this all started after McBrearty friended the student on social media.

The Snaresbrook Crown Court also heard that the pair met three times in McBrearty’s parents’ home for sex, and as a “birthday treat” the teacher gave the student oral sex in a car. McBrearty and the student’s sexual relationship came to light after the student’s dad went to police afraid that McBrearty was grooming his son after seeing calls between the pair. And that’s when the kid admitted everything to police.

Here’s what Judge Sheelagh Canavan had to say during the court hearing:
“You met up at home, a hotel a car and at the school itself. You engaged in a full blown sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student. You were supposed to keep him safe and help him make the right decisions. Instead you helped him make the wrong ones. You knew better and you did it anyway.
I accept he was consenting – what 15-year-old schoolboy would turn down such an attractive offer?
You breached the trust between student and teacher to satisfy your physical and emotional needs. This was the grossest breach of trust over a period of months. This offense is so serious that only an immediate custodial sentence will do.”
But even with all that said McBrearty was only sentenced to 16 months behind bars for seven counts of sexual activity. That’s it. 16 months.
