Every meme has an origin, whether it’s the “Mocking Spongebob” meme or the “Sly Bird” meme, all memes start somewhere. But a recent meme known as the “right in front of my salad” has one origin that is very, very NSFW.
Are you guys really going to start talking about back to school? Are you serious? Right in front of my salad?? pic.twitter.com/UFPmnJqGES

That tweet above is just one hilarious example of how people are using the “right in front of my salad” meme. Even more hilarious? Where the phrase comes from. Believe it or not “right in front of my salad” is actually a line of dialogue said in a gay porn scene that features two dudes hooking up while wearing aprons. Oh, and they are having sex in front of a woman who just wants to eat her salad.

That’s right, folks. The line is from a porn movie called Private Lessons 3, and you can see its extremely NSFW but hilarious origin right here.
