Some people aren’t OK with having their relationship end, and while others take it to Facebook to vent and others replace their ex-lover’s face with Ryan Reynolds in all their photos, one dude decided to take a much more violent route. And unfortunately for him it cost him his life.
A 31-year-old man named Carl Philbert loaded up his car with propane and then proceeded to drive and crash it intentionally into his ex-girlfriend’s apartment building in Fort Pierce, Florida. And the aftermath of the crash was all caught on video as it shows Philbert’s car up in flames as police try to handle the chaos.
Take a look at the video below.
Here’s the unedited and longer version, too.
Philbert’s decision to crash his car was not a smart one as he ended up dying at the scene. Somehow 13 adults and five kids that were inside the building at the time of the crash were able to escape unharmed, and they have now been relocated.

According to police, the propane tank exploded from the intensity of the fire, not by the crash.
If there is a lesson to be learned here, folks, is that no one is worth driving your car into a building and losing your life over. No one at all.
