South Dakota Man Arrested After Trying To Run Into Burning Building To Save His Beer

Hey, some people like Milwaukee’s Best Ice more than others.

According to KELOLAND, an apartment building in Sioux Falls caught fire Sunday afternoon, and while thankfully nobody perished in the flames, something tells us that this guy died a little on the inside after police and firefighters refused to let him run back inside to “save his beer.”

That’s right, kids. Two people were treated at the scene of the blaze for smoke inhalation and another was taken to the hospital, but the part of the story that makes it newsworthy is the fact that one dude was arrested after he tried to push past both police department personnel and firefighters on the scene because he forgot to grab his brewskis on the way out.

That led to a few humiliating tweets, courtesy of the Sioux Falls Police Department:

Yeah, we’ll have to agree with the police on this one. Unless those beers had a golden ticket good for one night of anything goes with Kate Upton inside of them, just walk down to 7-Eleven and get yourself another sixer, dude.
