Holy hell, this broke idiot really was in the mood for some M&M’s.
Surveillance video has been released that shows a California man go completely bonkers at an Orange County convenience store. And why did he go bonkers? Because his credit card was declined while trying to buy a bag of M&M’s.
“How do we know the card wasn’t stolen?” Cpl. Anthony Bertagna of the Santa Ana Police Department said. “We don’t at this point. I mean it wasn’t reported. It just came up that it was non-sufficient funds to buy a 75 cent bag of M&M’s.”
Wow. This idiot didn’t have 75 cents to spare. And because of that the dude in this video starts arguing with the store clerk, eventually attacking the clerk. The man then pushes the cash register and printer off the counter in what looks like the world’s biggest tantrum.

That tantrum racked up around $700 in damage. So congrats, buddy.
Police have still not found this tough guy wearing what looks like a green fleece sweater from Old Navy. But chances are he won’t get far since he doesn’t have a working credit card.
