No matter who you are, driving like a maniac at 90 m.p.h. is a bad idea. But when you’re a 19-year-old dude on his way to spring break with 210 beers and weed in your truck, well, then it’s a really bad idea.
Case in point is this guy who was traveling from Alabama to Florida for what looks like what would have been a raging spring break bash in Destin Friday afternoon and was spotted by police driving recklessly at 90 m.p.h. along Interstate 10.
According to the Daily Mail, when a deputy from the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office asked the driver for a license, he was given a fake that said he was 24-year-old. It didn’t dupe the deputy, who proceeded to search the truck and found seven 30-packs of Natural Light in the bed of the guy’s truck and marijuana in the center console.
When the deputy discovered the driver was actually just 19-years-old, he was taken to the Okaloosa County Jail, and the picture of his impressive stash of Natty Light was thrown up on Facebook along with a reminder to not be an idiot.
