This is why we can’t have nice things.
I know living with roommates isn’t easy — sometimes they set your bed on fire, or sometimes they just go ahead and murder someone in the apartment you’re living in. You know, common stuff. But what the dude below did is unforgivable, and the internet just can’t handle it. And neither can I. Let us explain.
Alasdair McKay, an 18-year-old from Scotland, has been living with his roomie for about six months now. And according to McKay everything had been fine and dandy up until that point. And then McKay saw something he couldn’t fathom. McKay noticed how his horrible roommate opened up his bread.
Check out the tweet below thanks to McKay’s Twitter — a tweet that of course has gone viral.
One of my flatmates opens their bread like this. I don’t feel safe anymore. pic.twitter.com/z0BFhCZNeN

What in the hell is this monstrosity? Who does that? Who raised this caveman? This is not right.
Look how the internet responded.
I’ve become so desensitised to violence because of news and TV that this is more horrifying than a picture of a dead person https://t.co/HFVtkUckVg

But don’t worry, folks, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. Apparently McKay’s roomie finally understands how much quicker bread can go stale that way, and has “now vowed to never open his bread like this again.” Good, because…
