If there was a Forrest Gump Wrestling Academy, this four-year-old boy from Pennsylvania would be their prize pupil.
It was Isaiah Lineberry’s second match in his first-ever wrestling tournament, and he found himself matched up against a five-year-old girl. Maybe it was the fact that she was twice his size, or maybe it was that he was at the age where “girl germs” or “cooties” start becoming a thing, but Lineberry wanted no piece of the action.
So when the ref blew the whistle to signal the start of the match, Lineberry went with the one surefire strategy that would keep him off his back.

Hey, the name of the game is to outlast your opponent, so if that’s what it takes to tire her out by the time the third round comes around, then so be it.
It’s unknown who won the match, but the fact that parents were laughing and smiling at their children while they were playing games instead of yelling at the ref or beating the snot out of each other means that we’re all winners.
