Damn, Australia, just chill out for once.
OK, so I doubt this waitress would have done the same if an alligator had jumped inside a boat she was on, but it’s still pretty badass what 25-year-old Samia Lila did when a huge 6-foot goanna lizard made its way into Mimosa Wines & Drystone Restaurant in New South Wales, Australia.
Just check out what Lila did thanks to the video provided by the restaurant’s Facebook.

Pretty incredible. And also pretty erotic watching a gal do this. No? Forget I said that.
Here’s what occurred according to Lila: “I looked at it and thought it was a dog at first. But then I realized it was a goanna.” Even Lila’s boss, Glenn Butson was shocked at his employee’s actions because Lila is “terrified of spiders.”
“She scans for them [and] can spot a daddy long legs at 40 meters,” Butson said. “But she had no fear at all of that goanna.”
And don’t worry goanna lizard lovers, that big thing was fine.
“I like reptiles. I think he is a really beautiful creature,” Lila said. “I didn’t want to hurt him.”
And now to wait for Lila to get her own animal show on Animal Planet.
