And those are the…inspiring words of 54-year-old Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, who has the world’s biggest penis. And guess what — even with the plenty of disadvantages he has, Cabrera still refuses to get surgery that would reduce his penis size and help him lead a somewhat normal life.

When flaccid, Cabrera’s penis measures at 18.9 inches. Yep, read that again. His junk actually reaches his knee, and is so large because he lifted weights with it as a kid. Really, kid? You didn’t have some jacks to play with instead?
“I would like to be in the Guinness Book of Records, but they don’t recognize this record,” Cabrera said.
Even with doctors telling him to reduce it, Cabrera will not be doing that anytime soon. Here is what Doctor Jesus David Salazar Gonzalez had to say: “We have advised him, ‘Mr Roberto, the best thing for you is that the doctors give a normal shape to your penis so that it doesn’t hurt you, in order to have sexual relationships, in order to have children.’
And yet, it’s still a no.
“In Latin culture, whoever has the bigger penis is more macho,” Cabrera adds. “It’s something that makes him different to the rest of the people and makes him feel special.”
Special? Yep, an 18-inch penis will do that to you.

We should also mention that most of the penis is foreskin, according to doctors. That’s a nice sentence to read while you’re eating.
Since you’re wondering, Cabrera did try to have sex twice. The first time, the woman backed out when she saw his penis (he’s lucky she didn’t beat him up). The second time, they had to stop because it was too painful for the gal. The man also can’t sleep face down for obvious reasons.
But that doesn’t worry Cabrera, as he still has goals for himself: “I wish to go back to the US and spend the rest of my life over there…I would like to be a porn star and I think I would make a lot of money over there.”
