Hangover Cures | Don’t Look As F’d As You Feel!

We’ve all been there.  You go out, have two or three-too many drinks and next thing you know it’s 3AM and you have to get up in four hours. Fun times, right? Well you’re in luck because we have a few simple tips for you on how to NOT look hungover, whether you’re going to work or even just going outside to walk your dog.  You’re welcome.

Take Aspirin immediately

If you were too drunk to take one before bed (most of usually are), then take one with a giant glass of water as soon as you wake up.  You probably won’t want to move but the sooner you take some the sooner you will feel better and, as a bonus, Aspirin is excellent at reducing inflammation (aka your puffy, swollen face).

Do your full morning routine

Sorry to say it, but you’ll feel a lot better if you shower, shave and do your hair— plus it’s the BEST way to hide your pounding hangover headache from your boss.  No one will suspect a thing.

Use a moisturizing serum

Hangovers cause massive dehydration to the skin so if you want to look semi  normal, apply a moisture-locking serum to your face before you head out.  We like Ole Henriksen Truth Serum Vitamin C Collagen Booster, in particular, because it’s lightweight, oil-free and has great ingredients like orange and grapefruit extract that not only wake you up with their invigorating scent, but also help with cell turnover.

Try an anti-puff eye roller

You’re gonna wanna grab this and bring it to work, too. Just sayin’.  Chances are that you probably have HUGE bags under your eyes, along with circles dark enough that people may suspect you got into a fist fight.  We love Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Puff Eye Roller because it gently stimulates micro-circulation around the skin’s delicate eye area which, in turn, will decongest any excess fluid (from the booze) and you’ll see an improvement on the whole dark circles and puffiness issue that you’re probably having.
