A Missoula County judge heard that the woman had previously filed an order of protection against Allen after the pair began talking over the internet earlier in the year, only for him to then get aggressive with her in their online conversations.

The court report revealed that Allen had once again started to message her last week, with one exchange reading: “Call the cops … i’m facing prison because of you … so when they call me, my guns coming out and I’m done. thanks a bunch. this is my suicide note.” Allen had also previously claimed that he was “watching her” in one of the messages, and that he would “make the news,” with his threatening behavior leading to his arrest on September 25th.

The judge has set a bond of $150,000, charging him with 34 counts for violating the order of protection that was previously placed upon him.
