Labor Day – it’s more than just the final salute to Summer, 2014. It’s a chance to remember that all labor should be followed by the anti-labor of sitting on one’s backside and sipping a prime cocktail.
To get you started, we came across some recipes from Sauza Tequila and their special 901 – a team effort between Sauza and Justin Timberlake. It seems a natural marriage because, when you think of fine, south of the border agave spirits, you think Justin Timb…Maybe not.
Still, 901 is quality Tequila, and these recipes are worth serving up for your Labor Day party or for after work the following Tuesday.

Mexican Mule Recipe
Ingredients:
1 part Sauza 901® Tequila
2 parts ginger beer
Juice of ½ lime
Preparation: Combine all ingredients. Add ice. Shake well. Strain. Serve over ice in highball glass. Garnish with fresh lime wedge.

- 2 parts grapefruit juice
- 2 parts club soda
- ½ part lime juice
Preparation: Combine all ingredients. Stir well. Serve over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with fresh lime wedge.
