Memorial Day brings together your family and friends in a spirit of celebration and commemoration. And, since it’s the non-metereological start of the summer, those parties find their way to the BBQ grill.
You can always go with hot dogs, burgers, bratwursts and such for your grilling run. This recipe invites you to challenge yourself this year with a dish that serves up a little more of a gourmet feel without venturing out into weird foreign cuisine. (And don’t tell me hot dogs and brats are foreign. I’ll smack you.)
