Aside from having dinner in the clouds of Heaven with Jesus serving us his homemade crab cakes, we can’t think of anywhere we’d rather dine than the amazing Redwoods Treehouse restaurant.
The pod-shaped New Zealand venue, can accommodate up to 50 guests and is available for weddings, functions and events.
Built by Pacific Environments Architects, the treehouse is suspended 10 meters up a redwood tree and consists of poplar planks and redwood balustrading. The restaurant is shaped like a cocoon around tree, and is designed to let in plenty of natural light and fresh air.
Pacific Environments describes the Redwood Treehouse as being “reminiscent of childhood dreams and playtime, fairy stories of enchantment and imagination,” and we’d have to agree with them.
