Video Shows LA Skies Turning a Devilish Red as Horrific Fire Rages On

The bright and sunny Los Angeles skies have turned devilish red because of the raging fires currently spread across thousands of acres. Described as a real-life apocalypse, a video shows the LA sky color turning into a complete inferno with smoke, embers, and flames from the wildfires. Six fires are raging across California, the most devastating being the Palisades and the Eaton fires, as per the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. CNN stated that at least five people have died since the flames sparked on Tuesday morning with countless homes and businesses ruined and thousands fleeing.

Los Angeles skies change color after devastating wildfires level parts of the city

An X (formerly Twitter) account called @ShadowofEzra posted a video of the Los Angeles skies changing color into a devilish red after devastating fires level parts of the city. Residents compared the raging LA wildfires to an apocalypse after they destroyed hundreds of homes and properties and pushed thousands to carry out mandatory evacuations. Reportedly, those affected also include prominent celebrities such as Paris Hilton, Adam Brody, Leighton Meester, James Woods, and Mandy Moore, among others who lost their homes to the Palisades fire.

The short clip showed the smoke-filled LA skies at sunrise, looking like a devilish red. Some called it hell while others claimed it was an inferno. A resident recorded the video, which has since gone viral on social media, from higher ground to capture the gripping view of the city in flames.

While it remains unclear who uploaded the video, the voice behind the camera said, “I’ve never, ever seen anything like this in my living here for six years.” The individual explained how the immeasurably amount of smoke in the LA sky had not only changed its color but also blocked the sun. “This is wild,” remarked the voice.

On a more contrasting note, while one side of the LA skies looked hellish red, the other side was completely dark in the video. The person recording the video showed a full 180-degree view of the sight in front of him and the smoke-filled horrific backdrop.
