What You’ll Need

This life hack is easy to implement, which makes it even cooler. An effortless way to protect yourself (and your ladyfriend) from being eaten up by insects is always a win. It all starts with a bubble machine. Tuck your bubble machine in a spot that points in your general direction, but at a far enough distance that you won’t be eating bubbles.

We like the Victostar Bubble Machine from Amazon. It’s less than $2o and comes with a bubble solution, which is why it’s our first choice. However, we recommend stocking up on your bubble solution because you’ll go through it pretty quickly.

Then prepare the machine according to directions, and turn it on. This is where the magic happens.

It turns out that, mosquitos are naturally repelled by soap solutions. So turning on your bubble machine will not only save you from being eaten by mosquitos, it also provides a nice bit of ambiance for spending time together outdoors, making you both a gentleman and a hero, but this isn’t about you. It’s about the bubbles and god bless them, every one.
