So now you understand why your guy looks like he’s close to death when you’ve been hooking up for more than five minutes.
Females continues to have a strong year as a new study conducted at the University of Columbia reveals that women have more stamina than males. In the study, scientists tested nine women and eight men and asked them to flex their foot 200 times, as fast as they possibly could. And what did the results say? Well, while men were quicker in doing this task, they also got tired a lot faster than the gals.
Professor Brian Dalton, one of the scientists behind the study, had this to say:
“We’ve known for some time that women are less fatigable than men during isometric muscle tests – static exercises where joints don’t move, such as holding a weight – but we wanted to find out if that’s true during more dynamic and practical everyday movements.
And the answer is pretty definitive: women can outlast men by a wide margin.”
Now does a study where only a small group of women and men were involved say a ton? Probably not. But perhaps the results would be the same if the numbers were increased. And besides, if men falling asleep right after sex doesn’t prove that we don’t have the stamina women have, I don’t know what will.
