If there’s one thing we’ve learned so far this year, it’s that time isn’t getting any slower, hence the need for fast, easy and healthy meals in 10 minutes or less. Even the drive-thru seems to take forever nowadays, what with all the obese people jammed in that tiny little circular driveway. Turns out, it’s better all around to skip the drive-thru and try these 10 different 10-minute meals.
We start off with a couple smart breakfast choices, work into a few lunch options, depending on your preference of carbs or no carbs, then close out the day with some smart, light options to leave your gut feeling satisfied. Now, don’t shit the bed, but these should only take about 10 minutes, and you don’t have to lose your appetite watching a bunch of obese people line up for the fast food trough either!
So head to your kitchen and get to reading!

A tasty treat hot or cold, day or night, that you can whip up quick, is the stuffed tortellini with chicken sausage. We recommend you get the tortellini stuffed with pesto or spinach, and that leaves room for your meat to be sweet apple or spicy Italian chicken sausage topped with just enough sauce to coat it. Less is more with sauce, but more is more with tortellini.
