Look, we’re all for interesting optical illusions that keep you guessing. Is this dude at the gas station levitating? Are we looking at someone being very NSFW, or completely appropriate? But when it comes to reflections seemingly having minds of their own — especially when creepy children are involved — that’s where we draw the line. Seriously, outside of a really good Photoshop job, what in the devil’s unholy name is going on in this photo?

Are you properly baffled, yet about to wet your pants? Well, good (at least the first part; the peeing yourself thing sounds like more of a medical issue). Unless you are some sort of whiz when it comes to pixel distortion and time displacement and so on, you absolutely should be confused and scared. However, if you refuse to accept “there is no explanation” as an explanation, the Imgur page this photo was found on should properly satisfy your thirst for knowledge.
We, on the other hand, will stick with our bad dreams. Ignorance is bliss be damned.
