Finalists Announced for 2017 NYIAS World Car of the Year

With the 2017 New York International Auto Show approaching April 14-23, the events World Car of Year Award finalists are now available. With the annual USA’s car show season wrapping up in New York, these awards offer the final say on the model year’s achievements.

When the North American International Auto Show in Detroit presents its own North American Car of the Year awards every January, it’s possible to see a certain wink and nod to Motor City’s own creation. The NYIAS awards out of New York offer a more metropolitan, global feel.

The NYIAS winners emerge from five categories. The initial entires for the main award were:
