H&M just announced that The Weeknd will be the face of their upcoming menswear collection Spring Icons Selected by The Weeknd, scheduled to arrive in stores worldwide on March 2, 2017.
The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, is only 26 years, and to date, the Toronto native has released three major label albums, he has received two Grammy Awards, and he has been nominated for an Academy Award. He is also on Spotify’s list of most-ever streamed artists. This fall, The Weeknd will be running record and clothing label XO and releasing his highly-anticipated fourth album, Starboy.
All details on the collection will stay undisclosed for a bit longer, and the only thing that H&M revealed is that the line will feature key items for spring that The Weeknd has handpicked himself.
