Hot Mom Credits Having A Baby With Now Having The ‘Best Body’ She’s Ever Had

While this mom was rocking abs while still eight months pregnant, the mom below wants to show all the moms out there how having a baby was the best move for her body, as she now looks like those women who would pretty much demolish the American Ninja Warrior obstacle course.

Shanna Kangas, a 33-year-old mom, was eager to cut down her 30.3 BMI, an index rating that put her in the clinically obese category.  And now? Well now Shanna is absolutely ripped, and it only took her 11 months after giving birth.

“It can work for anyone they just need to get creative with ways they work out at home – people don’t need to go to the gym for a lot of exercise,” Shanna explains. Whenever Gunnar [her son] would nap, Shanna would workout instead of being a normal human and catching up with sleep.

You hear that, new moms? Workout instead of sleeping. That’s the key.

“I’d strap him into the baby wrap and we’d go for a walk or if I was outside I’d lay him on a blanket on the grass next to me,” Shanna adds.

But of course Shanna also changed her diet, swapping out unhealthy foods like waffles and treats for lean meats and vegetables.
