Jaefields is out to prove that just because your clothes are comfortable doesn’t mean they can’t also be incredibly stylish, even when going for that laid back look and feel. For Fall 2016, the Portland-based brand has delivered a nice mix of premium, lived-in cottons. The short- and long-sleeved beloved Burnside tees are made in a super soft rayon/spandex blend jersey, which keeps you cool in the heat and warm in the cold. With a longer torso, these shirts will pair easily under a good flannel or sweater.
In terms of pants, we are really appreciating the Hawthorn Chino. Like dress pants but better, they are regular fit pants in a grey-blue striped pattern that appear to be all business, but things get interesting when checking out those exposed ankles. Wear these cropped pants with plain white sneakers, or up the ante with sleek navy dress shoes and some hidden no-show socks.
