Ladies, don’t you hate it when you’re taking a late-night shower and you’re interrupted by your daughter because there are two officers from the Chandler Police Department at the front door who want to talk to you about a domestic dispute with your ex, so you throw a towel on, head downstairs and the conversation with them makes you feel uncomfortable so you ask them to hang tight while you close the door and get your daughter to take video of the conversation, and as you turn around in your own house, the officers burst through the door illegally, and in the commotion, your towel falls off and you beg one of the officers to let you put some clothes on and not to touch you, but he doesn’t allow you to put clothes on, and he puts you in handcuffs despite the fact that you’re naked, says that he’s arresting you, but won’t tell you why you’re being arrested and threatens to take you to jail before taking off the cuffs and leaving your place without taking you into custody, and the other officer just stands by and does nothing the whole time?
Well, according to KPHO, that’s exactly what happened to Esmeralda Rossi in March, and there is video to back up the majority of her complaint.
An internal investigation confirmed officer Doug Rose entered Rossi’s home illegally and left out key details in his report, like the fact that she was naked as well as the arrest and un-arrest. Rose retired before he could be fired, which is totally something an innocent officer of the law would do.
