According to KMBC, a woman near Chillicothe, Missouri, posted a spectacular image of a fire tornado on her Instagram page, and the online community can’t seem to get enough of it.
Janae Copelin, known better as “nicejalapeno” on Instagram, said she was out bumming around last Saturday with her daughter and a friend when they happened upon a burning field. Due to her “love of Instagram,” she decided to stop and snap a photo, and son of a bee sting, it was right at that time that the winds picked up and whipped the flames into a funnel.
Copelin also said the sound and heat were so intense that it was “a bit scary not knowing if it would stay put.”
Everybody from CBS to the Washington Post has picked up the story, as people can’t seem to get enough of the phenomenon. Well, except for the guy in this picture, as it seems as though he doesn’t give a shit about the tornado or the fact that his entire field is on fire, for that matter.
