Pippa Middleton, sister of royal family member Kate Middleton and owner of a bottom that made its way into headlines following the “Royal Wedding,” has revealed that she wasn’t a fan of Kim Kardashian’s attempts to break the internet with her own buttocks.

Writing for The Spectator, Pippa took a jab at America’s “booty culture,” whilst also comparing her own posterior with the reality star’s. She wrote: “I must say that [my butt]—though it has enjoyed fleeting fame—is not comparable. But the Kim butt story did make me pause. What is it with this American booty culture? It seems to me to be a form of obsession. Kim’s aim, apparently, was to break the Internet, but I’m not sure she’s going the right way about it.”
Unfortunately, Pippa didn’t offer her thoughts on how to correctly break the internet, though we’re assuming that she doesn’t believe that it lies in the image of a bare ass. While Kim’s behind certainly failed to achieve its goal of breaking the internet, with everything just about remaining online no matter how many tweets were devoted to her revealing Paper magazine photoshoot, it did garner enough attention to rival the news of a robot successfully landing on a comet in deep space, which is a somewhat depressing achievement, but an achievement nonetheless.
Honestly, we’d almost forgotten Pippa Middleton, but she’s now perhaps got a more bum-centric career than even the voluptuous Miss Kardashian-West. After all, she was first thrust into the spotlight due to the above image of bum entering a church, and her next foray into the spotlight is as a result of her commenting upon someone else’s bum.
The celebrity world is an odd place.
