One Piece Chapter 1144’s spoiler recap explained

Chapter 1144 was short compared to others, and it mainly focused on the battle happening at the Walrus School.

The chapter commenced with the Giants facing the monsters made by Saint Killingham at the school. While they were facing difficulty in controlling these monsters, Scopper Gaban’s son, Colon, decided to bring help.

Colon takes his boat and leaves the school, but later comes back with the rest of the Straw Hats, Usopp, Nami, Brook, and Jinbe. Frank also gets to see the ancient giant robot in Elbaph with Ripley. Ripley also discloses that the robot was approximately 3,000 years old.

After the arrival of the Straw Hats on the battlefield, Dorry and Brogy also join them, with former Roger Pirates member Scopper Gaban also getting back into the action.
