The filing notes that Brunson and Anik “entered into a postnuptial agreement which governs the disposition of their property.” It also states that Brunson requested “all property be either awarded to or divided between the parties pursuant to the terms of said postnuptial agreement.” Both parties are to be responsible for their own attorney’s fees.
