One Piece Chapter 1143’s spoiler recap explained

Chapter 1143 shared major details about the powers that the two new Holy Knights on Elbaph possess.

The chapter, named “God’s Knight,” kicked off with a description of the powers of Saint Sommers and Killingham. As per the details, Sommers has eaten the Thorn-Thorn Fruit. The powers of this fruit enable him to attack anyone with thorns after they get close to his targets. Furthermore, Killingham has the powers of the Dragon-Dragon Fruit which he used on the students of Walrus School. The chapter revealed that Killingham’s powers help him to make objects in a person’s dream a reality, which he used to bring the drawings at the school to life.

In Chapter 1143, Killingham also showed his powers by making the salt Sommers saw in his dream real. The scene then shifted to the confrontation between Loki and Luffy. Luffy punches the prince with half his strength, which causes Loki to faint.

The conclusion drawn by Zoro states that Loki was already in a weak state. Thus, he couldn’t handle the punch. After this, Luffy asks Gerd to treat Loki, who agrees after much resistance.

At the end of the chapter, Hajrudin conveys that he wants to take revenge against Loki for murdering his father. However, the prince seemingly regains consciousness and asserts that he did not intend to kill Hajrudin’s father.
