Here is everything you need to know about the grand prize of the third season of the reality show.
Here’s how much money The Traitors Season 3 contestants won
The Traitors Season 3 winners got $204,300 from the final pot.
The top 5 contestants received one last chance to add to the final pot by engaging in an interesting competition. They were told about gold and a few classic cars worth $25,000 being hidden in a nearby estate. However, they needed to find out the exact location. The players had only a clue, and they had to return with the gold in the classic cars in less than half an hour.
Despite limited clues and time, the contestants managed to complete the challenge, winning 25,000. However, the game was not over, and the players needed to nail one more thrilling challenge. Every contestant was given two bags with $2,500 in them. Further, they were tied to a helicopter with a harness, and they had to throw the bags into a ring of fire from mid-air. The final twist was that their prize money would increase if the bags fell inside the circle. The final five managed to win a total of $12,500.
Thus, the combined money of both the rounds brought the total prize money to $204,300. In the end, the four Faithfuls, including Dylan Efron, Dolores Catania, Gabby Windey, and Ivar Mountbatten, were crowned as the winners of Season 3. They succeeded in defeating the last traitor, Britney Haynes, thus walking away with the cash prize. The winners will divide the final pot into four, with each getting $51,075 (before taxes).
