- Superman (DCU) – James Gunn’s Superman will officially launch the new DCU, on June 26, 2026, with David Corenswet in the lead role. It will also star Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor and Rachel Brosnahan as Lois, among others.
- Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow (DCU) – Directed by Craig Gillespie, the movie features House of the Dragon star Milly Alcock as Kara Zor-El. It is set to release on June 26, 2026.
- Clayface (DCU) – Expected to release on September 11, 2026, the movie is still in its pre-production phase. The script is penned by Mike Flanagan, with James Watkins directing it.
- The Batman II – The sequel faced delays but is now set for an October 2027 release. Matt Reeves returns to direct.
- Sgt. Rock (DCU) – Luca Guadagnino would direct the movie. Also, Gunn recently denied rumors of Daniel Craig’s involvement in the project.
- Dynamic Duo (DCU) – Helms by Arthur Mintz, the movie will chronicle the lives of two robins — Dick Grayson and Jason Todd. Its release date is June 30, 2028.

- Teen Titans – Per recent updates, Safran revealed that Ana Nogueira hasn’t finished the final script yet. At the time of writing, it is unknown if this movie is the part of DC universe or a standalone project.
- Batman Azteca: Choque De Imperios (Clash Of Empires) – Juan Jose Meza-Leon will co-write and direct the movie. It’s eyed for a 2025 release date.
- James Gunn’s secret DCU project – At the press event, Gunn revealed he is writing an unnamed project within the DCU. Many speculate it to be a sequel to Superman.
- A DCU team-up event – Over the years, Gunn plans to create many projects. These projects will result in an “Avengers-style” team-up event.
