Following the announcement of Jesus Guerrero’s death, tributes poured in from his friends and fans, who mourned the tragic loss.
Jesus Guerrero dies at the age of 34
Celebrity Hairstylist Jesus Guerrero’s death was announced through a GoFundMe page by his sister Gris. Although she didn’t reveal the cause of his death, Gris asserted that the family was making preparations to bring Guerrero to his hometown, Houston, Texas.
In her statement, Guerrero’s sister wrote, “It is with a heavy heart that we let the world know that Jesus Guerrero has gone to heaven. He is a son, a brother, an uncle, an artist, a friend, and so much more.”
It further reads, “Born and raised in Houston, TX to immigrant parents, Jesus learned how to work hard and dreamt of taking his skills to the top. Unfortunately, his passing came very suddenly and unexpectedly.”
Gris requested others to donate and shared photos of the hairstylist on the page. As of writing, the donations have surpassed the goal of $80K and collected over $88K. On Guerrero’s official Instagram account, his family expressed their gratitude to everyone who came to support them during the difficult time.
They shared Guerrero’s photo in an Instagram Story and stated, “Our family would like to thank everyone for all the love and support during this hard time. Jesus was the brightest light, we have never doubted that he touched the hearts and lives of everyone he came across.” In another story, they conveyed, “Seeing everyone’s loving posts, fills and tears our hearts all at once.”
Kylie Jenner missed the 2025 SAG Awards likely because of Jesus Guerrero’s death. However, she hasn’t addressed her absence at the event.
