Fans of General Hospital are curious about the sudden replacement of the Lucky Spencer character. Introduced in 1993, he is the son of Luke and Laura, originally played by Jonathan Jackson. However, in recent episodes, Guy Wilson, widely known for NCIS and Breaking Bad, took over the role. This has led to many wondering whether Jackson is about to exit the show. Here are the details.
Lucky’s current arc in General Hospital explained
Guy Wilson was recast temporarily in Lucky Spencer’s role in General Hospital. Fans can expect Jonathan Jackson’s return by next month. In the current storyline, Lucky is back at Port Charles and soon gets involved with Elizabeth Webber in Cyrus Renault’s case. Together, they are very firm that Cyrus is behind all the killings taking place at Turning Woods. All they need is relevant evidence to bring his real face to everyone.
While searching for clues, they come across two boxes in the trash. The box appears to be of someone named ‘Paul Damascus.’ Elizabeth is sure that it’s Cyrus’ fake identity, and one of the boxes had digitalis in it, leading to a few patients’ demises. Determined to bring victim justice, she takes all her findings to Anna.
Meanwhile, Lucky tries his best to reconnect with Aiden. However, Aiden seems unsure about trusting his father. This is because he had left his mom alone at a time when she needed him the most. Therefore, a protective Aiden doesn’t want Lucky to hurt her again. Later, he introduces him to his friend Tobias before leaving for a skating event. Lucky is left alone with Elizabeth, assuring her she is not alone now. They share a heartfelt moment, followed by a liplock. After Lucky leaves, Cyrus appears, leaving Elizabeth feared. Further, gunshots are heard, leaving Liz’s fate up in the air.
