Following the release of Paradise Episode 6 on Hulu, fans are curious about its ending and Teri’s fate. In this episode, Xavier finally makes his move against Sinatra (Julianne Nicholson) after revealing to the entire town that they are being lied to through a message on the artificial sky. We also meet Xavier’s wife, Teri, in flashback scenes as the series continues to explore those last days before the apocalypse happened.

Here’s what happened in Paradise Episode 6’s ending
Paradise Episode 6 ends with a confrontation between Xavier and Sinatra. In the previous episodes, the former has found enough evidence to convince him that Sinatra had Cal and Billy killed and is hiding the fact there are still people living on the surface. Xavier joins forces with Krys Marshall’s Nicole Robinson to bring down Sinatra. Nicole had an affair with Cal and was in love with him. Like Xavier, she seeks retribution.
They gather a group of former military personnel and raid the weapon cache. As she starts to lose control over the city she carefully built, Sinatra reaches out to Sarah Shahi’s Dr. Gabriela Torabi, who, despite her misgivings about the other woman, still believes in her and the purpose of Paradise City.
Elsewhere, Presley and Jeremy convince Kane to help them gain access to Cal’s tablet. While Jeremy later reveals what they have discovered in the tablet to the people of the city, Jane Driscoll convinces Presley to come with her.
Toward the end of the episode, Xavier confronts Sinatra, who claims that Teri is still alive.
Could Dr. Teri be alive on Paradise?
As mentioned above, Sinatra tells Xavier that Teri is still alive in Paradise Episode 6. This can be a lie, as she is undoubtedly aware of how important Xavier’s family is to him. He has increasingly become a wild component in her tightly controlled community. She probably understands that the only leverage she can ever have against this man is his family. Jane gets her just that by convincing Presley to come with her. However, to manipulate him completely, Sinatra needs to give him hope and even a purpose. What she reveals about Teri can do that, though its effect will be temporary if this is indeed a lie.
Alternatively, Sinatra is telling the truth, and Teri is out there somewhere. From what we know, she was apparently left behind in Atlanta when the civilization fell, and Xavier blames Cal for her death. Sinatra likely believes by revealing the actual fate of his wife, she can secure Xavier’s loyalty.
