Miles Teller has recently revealed that his wife Keleigh Sperry will not be joining Taylor Swift at the upcoming Super Bowl LIX. The game will take place at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on February 9, 2025. This year’s big game will see the current defending Super Bowl champions Kansas City Chiefs face off against the NFC champions Philadelphia Eagles.

Here’s everything we know about why Keleigh Sperry and Miles Teller will not be joining Taylor Swift at the 2025 Super Bowl.

Keleigh Sperry won’t join Taylor Swift at Super Bowl

Miles Teller has confirmed that he and his wife Keleigh Sperry will be attending the upcoming Super Bowl but won’t be with Taylor Swift this time. While promoting his latest Apple TV Plus thriller The Gorge, Teller told PEOPLE that he and Sperry will be cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles this time. This means that they won’t be on Swift’s side supporting Travis Kelce and the Chiefs. Miles revealed his wife is “a diehard Birds fan.”

“Thankfully, when I was at the Chiefs’ last Super Bowl, they weren’t playing the Eagles,” Teller said. He then jokingly added, “She might be a Southern California girl, but you marry into Philadelphia sports and that is it.”

The couple had previously attended the 2024 Super Bowl with Taylor Swift and her friends. The Kansas City Chiefs had secured a resounding victory that year against San Francisco 49ers, with Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce celebrating the win with his pop star girlfriend.

The event took place in Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, with many other notable names in attendance with Swift such as Lana Del Rey, Ice Spice, Blake Lively, Ashley Avignone, and Jason Kelce.
