Trace Cyrus Reveals Billy Ray Cyrus Is Threatening Legal Action Against Him

Is Billy Ray Cyrus planning legal action against his son Trace Cyrus? The strained relationship between the father and son has caught public attention following Trace’s emotional open letter addressing his concerns about his father’s well-being. After sharing a heartfelt message, Trace Cyrus now claims that Billy Ray Cyrus is threatening legal steps against him.

Here’s everything you need to know about the escalating family feud.

After posting a heartfelt letter on social media urging Billy Ray Cyrus to seek help, Trace Cyrus shocked fans with a new update. The Metro Station singer took to Instagram to reveal that Billy Ray Cyrus is considering legal action in response to his public plea.

“Dad my message was beyond loving. I could have been extremely honest about a lot more but I don’t want to put your business out there like that. But for you to threaten me with legal action for wanting you to get help is a disgrace,” Trace wrote.

He continued, “Pappy is looking down at you with such disappointment I can assure you. You should be ashamed of yourself. I will always love you but I no longer respect you as a man. Everyone close to you is terrified to tell you how they really feel. I’m not. Get help.”

In the comments, he further urged the fans to send their support. “Send my dad some words of encouragement, guys!! I have faith the man we all once knew is still in there somewhere. We gotta get him back,” he added.

Trace is concerned about Billy Ray Cyrus due to the singer’s performance at the Liberty Ball during Donald Trump’s inauguration. During his performance, Billy Ray was seen struggling to deliver his set. While the artist attributed the poor performance to technical difficulties, the event raised eyebrows. Even Miley Cyrus is reportedly worried about her father’s well-being, although she has not commented publicly on the situation.
