What Happened to Spencer Pratt & Alex Cooper? Beef Explained

Renowned reality TV personality Spencer Pratt has reportedly distanced himself from Alex Cooper after the latter declined to promote his wife, Heidi Montag’s song. Her 2010 album, Superficial, recently climbed to the top of the music charts after the pair lost their home to the enraging LA fires. As such, Pratt requested the Call Her Daddy podcaster to give a shout-out to one of the songs of the said album. However, Cooper seemingly turned down his ask, resulting in a feud between them.

Here’s everything you need to know regarding the recent beef between Pratt and Cooper.

Exploring Spencer Pratt and Alex Cooper’s beef

The Hills star disclosed his scuffle with Alex Cooper while talking with Bethenny Frankel in a recent interview.

During the conversation on TikTok Live, Spencer Pratt stated, “I asked [Alex] to post the song, and I texted her husband [Matt Kaplan] and I was like, ‘Hey, it would really help.’ I kept tagging her, messaging, and then she wrote to me, ‘We have a lot of people displaced at our house,’ and I’m like, ‘Post the song, girl.'”

From the looks of it, the popular podcaster’s refusal to promote Heidi Montag’s song did not sit well with Pratt, who announced a beef with her, stating, “Respectfully, if I keep my platform, if I keep being an A-list, rich celebrity, she’s so f—ed, because I have beef with her now. Like she’s going to be targeted.” Wanting to know more about Pratt’s grievances with other celebrities, Frankel questioned who else was on his “hit list.” The Princes of Malibu co-creator bluntly replied, “Right now, it’s only Alex Cooper.”

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag confirmed on January 7 through social media that their Pacific Palisades residence fell victim to the wildfires that have devastated the South California region for an extended period. Consequently, the couple has requested their fans for financial aid in order to restructure their affected lives.
