Power couple Patrick and Brittany Mahomes announced the birth of their third child, Golden Raye. The pair’s new daughter’s name perfectly matches her older siblings, Sterling (the oldest daughter) and Bronze (the second son, officially named Patrick Mahomes III).

Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, are now parents of three beautiful children. The couple revealed the gender of the baby in July 2024. After six months of waiting, the baby has arrived on January 12, 2025.
The former soccer star shared the happy news with her 2.1 million Instagram followers on January 13. The caption read, “Golden Raye Mahomes, 1/12/25.” The post unveiled a black-and-white snap of her new baby‘s feet.
Fans were also excited to see that the sports couple’s close friend and pop superstar Taylor Swift liked the post. Knowing Miss Americana’s caring nature towards her close friends, some predicted that Swift and her beau, Travis Kelce, would soon be spotted at Mahomes’ household visiting the new baby.
Meanwhile, Patrick and Brittany Mahomes’ love story began decades back as high school sweethearts in 2012. The pair reportedly went through a fair share of struggles in the early days of their relationship. From navigating long distances to accepting challenges as professional athletes, both parties had major glow-ups as they took on new responsibilities.
In a 2020 interview with Today, the Kansas City Chiefs champion said the relationship was rather normal. He said, “I was just a normal teenage kid showing up at the family dinner type stuff and being nervous and everything.”
After graduating high school, the duo attended different colleges and maintained their soccer career. In 2017, both Patrick and Brittany became pro-athletes and went on to achieve significant wins for their teams.
But beyond their professional achievements, the couple’s close-knit family prompts fans to label them as “relationship goals.” The two got engaged in September 2020 and welcomed their first child, Sterling, in February 2021. A year after championing parenthood, the couple tied the knot at a dreamy ceremony in Maui, Hawaii. In November 2022, they announced the birth of their second child, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III.
