Tom Holland confirmed that he is spending Christmas this year with Zendaya and her family in America in an appearance on the Dish Podcast. Here, he also mentioned that they will be spending time together at a “secret location” (via Daily Mail).
Holland further mentioned his plans to have both his and Zendaya’s families spend Christmas together next year. “That’s what I think we want to do next time. This time, cause we’re both actors, we’re terrible at organising things,” he added. “So it hasn’t happened yet. The thought’s there. The idea has been planted.” He also talked about how his first Christmas abroad was in America and “not by choice.”
“I made two movies back-to-back through COVID. Did two press tours through COVID and did not get COVID once, the entire time,” he added. “And after the Spider-Man 3 premiere was the last day of work I had, I was supposed to fly home the next day for Christmas, and I got COVID.”
In the interview, the Spider-Man actor also mentioned that he enjoyed cooking for Zendaya and is now exploring vegetarian cooking because of her diet. However, he shared that his dinners “haven’t been great.” Holland also revealed the Euphoria star’s “spicy vodka fusilli thingymajiggy” is his favorite dish, calling it “delicious.”
In 2024, Holland launched his non-alcoholic beer brand BERO and was cast in Christopher Nolan’s next film, which also stars his girlfriend. In addition, he recently launched his production company Billy17 with his brother Harry and Will South.
Billy17 has struck a partnership with Sony Pictures, with whom they will produce several projects, including an original film, titled Burnt, penned by Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse scribe and Academy Award-winner Rodney Rothman (via Variety).
