Fellow rappers and estranged spouses Remy Ma and Papoose are involved in a public spat. It all started when Remy Ma accused Papoose of infidelity. Papoose responded by leveling his own accusations of narcissism and infidelity against his estranged wife. Notably, they have a daughter together, Reminisce Mackenzie, born in December 2018. Remy Ma is also the parent of another child from a previous relationship, while Papoose has three other children.
Remy Ma and Papoose affair drama explained
Remy Ma, whose legal name is Reminisce Kioni Mackie, took to Instagram on Wednesday, December 11, and reportedly claimed in a post that Papoose had cheated on her with world champion boxer Claressa Shields and shared alleged screenshots of chats between the other two. She also claimed that Shields cut the call after hearing Remy’s voice.
In response, Papoose reportedly alleged on the same platform that Remy was a “narcissist,” and that she cheated on him multiple times. In addition, he shared an image of Eazy The Block Captain, alleging a relationship between the battle rapper and Remy. (via Bossip)
In one of his posts, Papoose said that he asked Remy for divorce multiple times, adding that “she rather clout chase on social media than handle this like civilized adults.” He went on to claim that he “knocked [Eazy] out” during an altercation at a Chrome 23 event. “He didn’t throw 1 punch back #supersoft Last time I saw this chump, he was in the fetal position,” Papoose elaborated. “Everybody saw it! When I knocked him out @remyma woke him up. And went home with him for 4 days. I went home with my daughter! As you can see she couldn’t wait to lie about it again. SMH #narcissist I didn’t knock him out because he slept with my wife. I knocked him out because he shook my hand. And then slept with my Wife,” he further stated.
Both Remy and Papoose have since deleted all these disparaging posts about each other. However, Shields and Eazy have responded to the feud. The former claimed on X (formerly Twitter) that the chat screenshots that Remy shared were “fake” and apparently challenged the other woman to a fight in a since-deleted post. Meanwhile, Eazy stated that Papoose “sucker punched” him.
