In what can only be described as a cosmic coincidence, Ashlee Simpson announced her engagement to Pete Wentz just two weeks before her new album comes out. Since Jessica Simpson has nothing to announce, she said this:
My sister is overflowing with joy,” says Ashlee’s older sibling, Jessica Simpson. “Pete is an incredible soul. They naturally bring out the best in each other. I couldn’t be happier.”
I hate to read into what Jessica is really saying but it sorta sounds like: “Is a wait on handgun really 5 days? Really? Damn. Wait…hey man, do me favor. When I nod you mind kicking this chair out from under me?”
