I don’t watch Modern Family, but I get why it’s so popular and why it’s still on the air. I mean, it only has Ariel Winter, Sofia Vergara and oh yeah, Sarah Hyland. And for now, let’s just focus on Hyland.

The 26-year-old is pretty popular on Instagram as she currently has over five million followers. But in case you didn’t know the actress is also damn popular on Snapchat, and that’s mainly because she shares hot photos you won’t see on her Instagram. You know, like this photo.
