I think that’s a very important question.

But first, let’s get the basic information out of the way: Who is Rachel McCord? Well, she’s the sister of the more well known McCord, Annalynne McCord. Annalynne is most known for her roles on Nip/Tuck and 90210, the latter being a show you don’t care about. But now Rachel is trying to do her thing and reel in attention, and one way she has gone about that is by heading out into public in what may or may not be a shirt. But it probably isn’t.
